What we cannot help with

We cannot tell you whether you will be approved, cannot change a decision a partner made, cannot access an application you made with a partner, and cannot give financial, legal or tax advice. If your question is about a decision, it belongs with the lender or partner you dealt with. If it is a complaint about a financial institution, the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada explains the route, and provincial regulators handle most other lenders.
