loanmoose.ca publishes information about borrowing in Canada and links to lending partners. It does not accept, process or transmit applications, and it does not collect personal information from readers. Using the site does not create a lender–borrower, adviser–client or fiduciary relationship with us.

To the extent permitted by law, loanmoose.ca is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from a decision made by a lending partner.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
